Brief Description: This is the 16th Year for the New Balance Moonlight run. It is currently ranked as one of New England's Top 80 races by New England Runner and boasts one of the most fun and festive atmospheres that you can experience. The Moonlight Run is a flat and fast USATF certified and sanctioned event. It is also the home of two national age group records: (Lindsey Sherf -11 years old -1998 17:45 and Bill Borla - 65 years old - 18:12).

Full Description: The race is June 5th, 2009 at 8:00PM EST.

The total purse is $6,950. The breakdown of the prize money is $1000 for 1st, $500 for 2nd, $250 for 3rd, $150 for 4th, and $100 for 5th. There is also a $1000 course record bonus available for both the men and women. The current course records are Tom Nyariki 13:36 and15:49 for the women.
